Looking on the techniques to open the body centre’s(chakras), we have random yoga practises to heal themind and the body to be at calm and experience the oneness.

What is meditation, all cultures and tradition have forms of their meditation and it crossover to the prayer which is the talking to the higher self connection and the meditation is the listening of the higher self.

●Meditation to relax

This meditation can be the listening of the breath as we inhale and exhale either open eyes or closed eyes, feeling the energy of the living cells on the body such as hand or heart or thoughts. This helps to relax and brought more calm.

●Transcendental Meditation

RAmana Mahashi dedicate his life to teach this form of deep meditation to the deepen experience of the self, achieving awareness beyond human but the consciousness of the oneness with the creation.
